LaMetria Orange is the Owner and CEO of GLO Financial Group, LLC, bringing more than two decades of experience in the tax industry and a passion for helping individuals, families, and business owners better understand and manage their financial responsibilities.
Where It All Began
LaMetria Orange began preparing taxes in 2004 and started her own business, GL Tax Service, in 2019. After getting married, she decided to rebrand the business as GLO Financial Group, LLC.
Today, LaMetria brings more than 20 years of tax preparation experience to helping individuals, families, and business owners. Her approach combines personalized service, clear explanations, and a commitment to helping clients understand their financial responsibilities.
Where It All Began
LaMetria began her journey in the tax industry in 2004, developing her knowledge and experience in tax preparation while discovering something even more important—she enjoyed helping people understand their finances and navigate a process that can often feel overwhelming.
Over the years, what began as tax preparation grew into a much larger vision.
In 2019, LaMetria founded GL Tax Service, creating a business where she could serve clients with a more personal approach while continuing to build on her years of tax experience.
After marrying her husband, George Orange, her personal life entered a new chapter—and eventually, her business did too.
In 2024, GL Tax Service officially became GLO Financial Group, LLC.
The new name represented more than a rebrand. It reflected LaMetria’s vision of expanding beyond traditional tax preparation and developing a financial-services company capable of supporting clients in multiple areas of their financial lives.

LaMetria’s passion for education extends beyond her clients.
Through Pharaoh Tax Software & Training, she also works with tax professionals by providing professional tax software, training, mentorship, business-development guidance, and practical knowledge designed to help them build stronger tax businesses.
Her goal is not simply to teach someone how to prepare a return. She wants tax professionals to understand the business behind the tax industry and develop the knowledge and confidence necessary to grow.

From beginning her tax career in 2004, to establishing GL Tax Service in 2019, to transforming the business into GLO Financial Group, LLC in 2024, LaMetria’s journey represents more than 20 years of growth, experience, and commitment to serving others.
Today, she continues building GLO Financial Group around the principles of professionalism, education, integrity, personalized service, and financial empowerment.
