Quotations and Orders

All quotations are provided based on the information supplied by the client and are valid for 30 days. An order is considered confirmed only after written acceptance and any required deposit or payment has been received.

Production and Lead Times

Production schedules are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, seasonal workloads, artisan availability, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control. While we strive to meet estimated timelines, we cannot guarantee specific completion or delivery dates.

Samples

Sample color chips and custom pattern samples are intended to help clients evaluate materials and colors before production. As every mosaic is handcrafted, slight variations may occur between samples and the final installation.

Shipping and Delivery

Completed mosaics are carefully packed for transportation and shipped using appropriate freight services. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage during shipping is subject to the terms agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Installation

Professional installation by experienced tile installers is recommended. Mosaïques du Maroc is not responsible for damage, defects, or performance issues resulting from improper installation, unsuitable substrates, incorrect adhesives, or failure to follow accepted installation practices. Installation of the product is acceptance of the product. Once installed, material is not eligible for replacement, credit, or claim of any kind.
